Cancellation and Return Policy

Neirt Information Technologies (neirt.com) owns and operates the neirt.com website, serving as the producer of all products sold through the site. Delivering all orders promptly, completely, and with the highest customer satisfaction, as well as providing quality service throughout the website’s operation, is Neirt Information Technologies’ primary mission.

Before placing an order, customers have the opportunity to review the sales and service agreement, understand how the work will proceed, and gain insight into mutual responsibilities.

Customers are obliged to thoroughly examine the detailed designs, technical specifications, management panels, and all accompanying services of the website they intend to purchase before placing an order. They must also ask any unclear questions and ensure any additional requests are included in the agreement.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the website setup, design, and content integration processes begin simultaneously, with the order delivered completely within the promised timeframe.

If the setup process has not commenced within 7 (seven) days after the order is placed, and the customer cancels for any reason, the remaining amount, after deducting bank and credit card fees, will be refunded to the customer’s account or credit card.

If setup work has started within the first 7 (seven) days, and the customer requests cancellation without justification, 50% of the payment will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Within 15 (fifteen) days of the order, if Neirt Information Technologies fails to fulfill any part of the promised services, the customer may cancel their order, and all paid amounts, including bank and credit card deductions, will be refunded without exception.

For orders exceeding 7 (seven) days where Neirt Information Technologies has met all requirements, no refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be provided for websites that have gone live with customer approval.
